We keep the public website simple.
We do not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers or website analytics.
Cloudflare provides DNS, delivery and security for the site. As part of that service, it may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information.
If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to you.
This may include your name, company, email address, message and any files you send.
If your enquiry is about evaluating or buying PIM-TNG, we process this information to take steps toward a possible contract.
For other enquiries, we process it because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
We do not sell this information or use enquiries to build marketing lists.
You may send us a spreadsheet, catalog export or similar file so we can evaluate your data or show how PIM-TNG would import it.
We use the file only for that purpose and delete our working copy when it is no longer needed.
Files sent as part of an enquiry are not added to a customer PIM-TNG environment unless we agree that with you separately.
We use service providers to operate our website and communications.

You can also ask us to delete your personal data where the right to erasure applies.
Some of our service providers may process limited technical or communication data outside the European Economic Area.
Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.
