Implementation

The software is the easy half

For more complex product structures, we can help you model your products, relationships, rules and workflows inside PIM-TNG.

What we take on

Catalog assessment

We read what you actually have: the exports, the spreadsheets, the naming and the duplicates. You get back a written picture of the data and what it will take to model it properly.

Migration and onboarding

Getting the catalog in: field and category design, the first imports, the mappings that will be reused, and the training so your team runs the next one without us.

Data model and taxonomy

Attributes, tabs, units, option lists, variants and the category tree — designed against how you actually sell, and around what your channels will demand of it later.

Channel enablement

A new marketplace, a new distributor template, a store. We build the mapping, the transforms and the delta schedule, and prove it with a real export.

Managed operations

We keep it running: the scheduled imports and exports, the new channels, the schema changes, the upgrades.

Bring your own file

Try it on your data, not on ours

Send us one real export. We'll run it through the importer and show you exactly how each column was interpreted and mapped.

What to send

Send one real export, even a messy one. XLSX or CSV, any sheet, whatever the columns are called. Tell us where the data needs to go too, whether that's a channel or a required format, so we know what matters.

What comes back

Screenshots of the actual run: what the importer read out of your file, the mapping it proposed column by column, and the errors it found. Your columns, not a demo catalog.

When

Within two working days of receiving the file, we'll send you the result. If there's nothing useful we can do with it, we'll tell you that within the same timeframe.

Where to send it

Attach it to the email. There is nothing to upload on this page — the site is static, so mail is the way in.

Your file is read by the people who reply to you, used only to produce the screenshots you asked for, and deleted afterwards.

Tell us what you're working with

Email is the fastest route to a real answer. We read them ourselves.

Helpful to include

  • Approximate number of products and attributes
  • Where the data lives today — ERP, spreadsheets, another PIM, or a mix
  • Where you need to publish it — sales channels, websites, platforms
  • Which languages and markets you support
  • The problem you most want to solve right now

How an enquiry usually goes

  1. We reply, always with questions rather than a brochure
  2. A short call to look at a real file together
  3. A written scope outlining what we would do and in what order
